Do you only film events, or actually run them?
Both. High Arc Events plans and runs the event, from concept and staffing to AV, lighting, and set, and our video team captures it. Hire us for the whole thing or just the parts you need.
What kinds of events do you work on?
Conferences, tradeshows, product launches, brand activations, galas, live shows, gaming events, retreats, and private celebrations. If people are in a room, we can produce it.
Are you Atlanta only?
We're based in Atlanta and travel for events regularly. Tell us the city and venue and we'll build the plan around it.
Can you live stream or turn around a same-day edit?
Yes. Live streaming, multicam, and same-day or next-day recap edits are part of what we do, so the audience online sees it as it happens.
Do you handle creative and logistics, or just one?
Both. Concept development, set design and decor, vendor management, staffing, the timeline, and the marketing around it are all in scope.
